As the Managing Broker of HomeLife Trendsetter Realty, Rick Dubord is directly in charge of reviewing contracts and keeping his salespeople accountable to the ethics of the industry. With his great vision and leadership abilities, Rick has taken his passion for technology to the real estate industry and has pioneered new systems and programs that have revolutionized the real estate business throughout Canada. Rick's wealth of knowledge and experience has helped him propel HomeLife Trendsetter Realty into the first paperless office in Canada and into a successful/growing operation.
With his hands on management style and out of the box thinking; Rick will make himself available to help his salespeople overcome obstacles quickly. Rick currently sits on the Broker Council at the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and is a director of REBA; Real Estate Brokers Association of British Columbia. Natalie has been licensed with Homelife Benchmark Realty for over 13 years. Recently she added to her schedule the responsibility of Assisitant Manager at the Cloverdale office. Her long term experience as a REALTOR® along with a sincere desire to mentor her fellow sales people, makes her a very valuable asset to the company. Natalie is very easy going and finds her career in real estate to be a perfect fit for her personality. Just ask her clients, all of whom sing her praises enthusiastically. Neville's passion for the use of innovative technology, efficient business systems and creative marketing strategies inspired him to start HomeLife Trendsetter Realty. He helps with the day-to-day operations and recruiting of representatives. He is excited about helping other agents become successful using the amazing tools and strategies available at HomeLife. He was an entrepreneurial globetrotter, running successful businesses for years before going to the Sauder School of Business at UBC, where he obtained his MBA degree. He worked in Vancouver as a Financial Analyst prior to getting into the Real Estate and Mortgage industry.
Neville's clear vision, leadership abilities, strong negotiation skills, attention to detail and determination to succeed against all odds has helped to make him an accomplished business professional. He is a very sociable person with a good sense of humor. His passions include helping people, soccer, basketball, politics and current affairs.
Kari has been with HomeLife for 4 years and is responsible for the account management, deal processing and office administration of HomeLife Trendsetter Realty. Kari is available to give you administrative support on your deal processing or accounts.
